The SPIKA MS1000 is one of ITV's large-format modular cube machines, built to feed high-demand beverage and food-service operations from a single 30"-wide head. At up to 970 lb (440 kg) per day, the MS1000A2H pairs that capacity with 208–230V / 60 Hz single-phase power and an efficient 16 A circuit.

The ice is half dice — about 0.9" × 0.4" × 1" (23 × 11 × 26 mm). These smaller, flatter cubes pack tightly into a cup, expose more surface area to cool drinks quickly, and stretch further per pound, which makes them ideal for soft-drink fountains, self-serve dispensing, and high-volume food service. The machine forms about 800 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the evaporator for clean, consistent cubes.

The head pairs with a wide range of ITV storage bins, and it can be stacked two-high on the larger SCD-series bins to roughly double output in the same floor footprint — a major advantage for growing operations. A smart electronic control board manages all parameters and displays self-diagnostics; panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens.
