The SPIKA MS1000 is one of ITV's large-format modular cube machines, built to feed high-demand beverage and food-service operations from a single 30"-wide head. At up to 970 lb (440 kg) per day, the MS1000A2F pairs that capacity with 208–230V / 60 Hz single-phase power and an efficient 16 A circuit.

Full-dice cubes measure about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm) — a substantial, traditional cube that melts slowly and dilutes drinks less, making it the go-to choice for spirits, cocktails, and upscale fountain and bar service. The machine forms about 400 of these cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the entire evaporator so each cube takes shape cleanly and consistently.

The head pairs with a wide range of ITV storage bins, and it can be stacked two-high on the larger SCD-series bins to roughly double output in the same floor footprint — a major advantage for growing operations. A smart electronic control board manages every parameter and shows self-diagnostics, panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens.
