The SPIKA MS1500 48" is the high-water mark of ITV's modular cube line: a single 48"-wide head that delivers the kind of output that would otherwise take two machines. At up to 1,466 lb (665 kg) per day, the MS1500A1F is made for high-volume kitchens, banquet and catering operations, hotels, and busy beverage programs that need a lot of ice from one footprint. It runs on 220V / 60 Hz single-phase power on a 20 A circuit.

The ice is full dice — about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm). This classic cube is clear, dense, and slow to melt, so it cools drinks without watering them down — the preferred choice for bars, restaurants, and premium beverage service. The machine forms about 640 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the evaporator for clean, consistent cubes.

The head pairs with ITV's larger storage bins and can be stacked two-high on the biggest SCD-series bins to push capacity even higher in the same floor space. A smart electronic control board manages every parameter and shows self-diagnostics; panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens. As an air-cooled machine, it installs easily wherever there's adequate ventilation to carry away the heat this much ice production generates.
