Its hard, slow-melting cube ice is ideal for cocktails, soft drinks, and water service where clarity and melt resistance matter. Had a private party run almost two hours longer than planned last weekend. I kept expecting to see the bottom of the bin, but we made it through. That earned this machine some respect from me.
