ITV Ice Makers SPIKA MS2100A1FR 48" Remote Air-Cooled Modular Full-Dice Cube Ice Machine – 220V (Head + RC21V Condenser) Description
The SPIKA MS2100R 48" is ITV's flagship modular cube machine — the largest single head in the SPIKA family. The MS2100A1FR is made for the highest-volume operations imaginable: large hotels, banquet and catering kitchens, stadiums, hospitals, and central beverage programs that need maximum ice from one head. Because it's a remote system, the compressor's heat is rejected at the RC21V air-cooled condenser installed outdoors or on a roof — keeping the kitchen cooler and quieter while the head stays indoors. It runs on 220V / 60 Hz single-phase power on a 25 A circuit.
The ice is full dice — about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm). This classic square cube is clear, dense, and slow to melt, so it chills without diluting and looks great in a glass — the go-to choice for bars, restaurants, hotels, and premium beverage programs. The machine forms about 800 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the evaporator for clean, consistent cubes.
The head pairs with ITV's larger storage bins and can be stacked two-high on the biggest SCD-series bins to push capacity even higher in the same floor space. A remote installation does require professional setup: the RC21V condenser (sold separately) connects to the head with a field-installed refrigerant line set, and the condenser is rated for outdoor temperatures from –4°F to 122°F. A smart electronic control board manages all parameters and displays self-diagnostics; panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens.
Note on production figures: ITV's datasheet for this model publishes rated output for the half-dice version. The full-dice production figures below are marked with an asterisk (*) and referenced from the half-dice ratings; actual full-dice output can differ. Confirm exact full-dice capacity with ITV before quoting a specific number.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right ice machine for my business?
The right ice machine depends on your business type, daily ice demand, available space, and preferred ice type. Restaurants, cafés, hotels, offices, and healthcare facilities may need different ice capacities and machine styles. If you are unsure, you can contact our expert team, and we will help you choose the best machine based on your usage, space, and budget.
What types of ice machines do you offer?
We offer different types of commercial ice machines, including undercounter ice makers, modular ice machines, countertop ice dispensers, ice and water dispensers, and ice storage bins. You can also choose machines based on ice type, such as cube ice, nugget ice, flake ice, and specialty ice.
Do you offer commercial ice machines for restaurants, cafés, and hotels?
Yes. Our ice machines are suitable for restaurants, cafés, hotels, bars, offices, healthcare facilities, cafeterias, convenience stores, and other commercial spaces. Whether you need a compact undercounter machine or a high-capacity modular ice maker, we can help you find the right solution for your business.
Is installation included with the ice machine?
Installation may vary depending on the product, location, and service availability. Most commercial ice machines require proper water supply, drainage, electrical connection, and ventilation. We recommend checking the product specifications before ordering and consulting a qualified technician for installation.
Do your ice machines come with a warranty?
Yes. Most products come with manufacturer warranty coverage. Warranty terms may vary by brand and model, so please check the product details for exact coverage. Our support team can also help you understand warranty information before you purchase.
