The SPIKA MS2100R 48" is ITV's flagship modular cube machine — the largest single head in the SPIKA family. The MS2100A1FR is made for the highest-volume operations imaginable: large hotels, banquet and catering kitchens, stadiums, hospitals, and central beverage programs that need maximum ice from one head. Because it's a remote system, the compressor's heat is rejected at the RC21V air-cooled condenser installed outdoors or on a roof — keeping the kitchen cooler and quieter while the head stays indoors. It runs on 220V / 60 Hz single-phase power on a 25 A circuit.

The ice is full dice — about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm). This classic square cube is clear, dense, and slow to melt, so it chills without diluting and looks great in a glass — the go-to choice for bars, restaurants, hotels, and premium beverage programs. The machine forms about 800 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the evaporator for clean, consistent cubes.

The head pairs with ITV's larger storage bins and can be stacked two-high on the biggest SCD-series bins to push capacity even higher in the same floor space.
