The SPIKA MS1800 48" is ITV's top-capacity self-contained modular cube machine: a single 48"-wide head that delivers what would otherwise take two machines, with no remote condenser to install. At up to 1,811 lb (825 kg) per day, the MS1800A1H is made for the highest-volume kitchens, banquet and catering operations, hotels, and busy beverage programs that need maximum ice from one footprint. It runs on 220V / 60 Hz single-phase power on a 25 A circuit.

The ice is half dice — about 0.9" × 0.4" × 1" (23 × 11 × 26 mm). These smaller, flatter cubes pack tightly into a cup, expose more surface area to cool drinks quickly, and stretch further per pound, which makes them ideal for soft-drink fountains, self-serve dispensing, and high-volume food service. The machine forms about 1,600 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor that cascades water across the evaporator for clean, consistent cubes.

The head pairs with ITV's larger storage bins and can be stacked two-high on the biggest SCD-series bins to push capacity even higher in the same floor space. A smart electronic control board manages all parameters and displays self-diagnostics; panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens. As an air-cooled machine, it installs easily wherever there's adequate ventilation to carry away the heat this much ice production generates.
