The SPIKA MS1500R 48" is the top of ITV's modular cube line: a single 48"-wide head paired with a separate RC15V remote air-cooled condenser, connected by a field-installed refrigerant line set. Moving the condenser away from the head sends its waste heat outdoors or into a mechanical space instead of the kitchen, which lowers ambient heat and noise where staff work and lets the system sustain very high output. The remote condenser is rated to operate in ambient temperatures from −4°F all the way to 122°F, so it can be mounted outdoors in most climates.

At nominal conditions, the MS1500A1HR makes about 1,698 lb (770 kg) per day — and roughly 1,576 lb (715 kg) at ASHRAE conditions — the most of any single-head SPIKA. It runs on 208–230V / 60 Hz single-phase power, with the head and the RC15V condenser each on their own circuit.

The ice is half dice — about 0.9" × 0.4" × 1" (23 × 11 × 26 mm). These smaller, flatter cubes pack tightly into a cup, expose more surface area to cool drinks quickly, and stretch further per pound, which makes them ideal for soft-drink fountains, self-serve dispensing, and high-volume food service. The machine forms about 1,280 cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor for clean, consistent cubes.
