The Hoshizaki KM-301BAK is a self-contained, air-cooled undercounter crescent cube ice maker designed for commercial locations that need both strong production and generous storage in one cabinet. It produces up to 285 lb of individual crescent cube ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, or approximately 210 lb per day at the 90°F air and 70°F water AHRI rating condition. Its built-in bin stores up to 100 lb of ice.
Hoshizaki's crescent cubes are formed individually on a stainless steel evaporator for dependable harvest and clean separation. The CycleSaver® design supports consistent production, while the EverCheck™ alert system helps operators and technicians identify machine status. The crescent shape offers good beverage displacement and broad cooling contact for soft drinks, cocktails and table water.
A 30-in.-wide stainless steel cabinet gives the KM-301BAK the durability expected in a busy commercial environment. Front-in, front-out airflow makes it practical for undercounter or built-in layouts, and the removable front filter is accessible for regular cleaning.
