Half-cube ice is smaller and packs more densely than full cubes, so it cools drinks quickly, fills glasses efficiently, and displaces beautifully — ideal for soft drinks, mixed beverages, and self-serve dispensing. Production is rated up to 175 lbs per 24 hours under standard conditions (70°F air / 50°F water) and 140 lbs per 24 hours under warmer conditions (90°F air / 70°F water), at an efficient 8.62 kWh per 100 lbs.
