I didn’t buy it expecting anything exciting, it’s an ice machine. Three months later, the fact that I have almost nothing to say about it is exactly why I like it. It sits there, makes ice, and stays out of our way.
We put ours near the server station rather than in the main kitchen. Servers can grab what they need themselves now, and there’s noticeably less traffic through the prep area.
Ice has a nice clean bite to it. I’ve started using way more of it in my own drinks too
