The ICETRO Maestro IM-0770-AF is an air-cooled modular flake ice machine head that produces soft, snow-like flake ice at up to 760 lbs per day. Flake ice cools fast, packs around any shape, and is gentle on delicate items — making it ideal for seafood and produce displays, salad bars, healthcare and therapy use, and blended beverages. As a modular head it mounts on a separate ICETRO storage bin (sold separately) so you can match storage capacity to your operation.

Built in the ICETRO tradition of simplicity, reliability, longevity, and high performance, the Maestro IM-0770-AF delivers high-volume flake ice with efficient air-cooled operation. The air-cooled system needs only a power outlet and a water line — no remote condenser — and mounts on a matching storage bin so capacity scales with your needs.

Flake ice is soft, dry, and easy to scoop and mold. Its large surface area cools quickly and conforms to whatever it surrounds, so it's the standard choice for fresh-food merchandising, food prep, and medical and therapeutic applications, as well as smoothies and blended drinks. Production is rated up to 760 lbs per 24 hours under standard conditions (70°F air / 50°F water) and 595 lbs under warmer conditions (90°F air / 70°F water), at an efficient 5.18 kWh per 100 lbs, all on a standard 115V supply. Need a chewable, harder texture instead? The IM-0770-AN produces nugget ice in the same cabinet.
