The Ice-O-Matic UCG130GA is an air-cooled undercounter grande gourmet ice maker producing up to 121 lb of ice every 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water, its rated output is 100.5 lb per day. A 48.5 lb built-in storage bin keeps ice close to the point of service, with no separate bin needed. The 18.25-inch-wide cabinet brings production and storage together in one self-contained unit.
The Grande gourmet cube measures 1.5 in. high x 1.65 in. diameter, creating an oversized ice presentation for cocktails and premium beverage service. This is the Grande configuration, with a different cube size and a 100.5 lb/day warm-condition rating; it is not simply a renamed standard UCG130A. The 48.5 lb storage compartment keeps the larger cubes ready for scooping during service.
The cabinet combines corrosion-resistant stainless steel and fingerprint-resistant plastic.
