The ITV SPIKA MS700W1F is a 22"-wide water-cooled modular ice machine head that makes up to 676 lb (307 kg) of classic full-dice cube ice per day. Water cooling lets it hold output and run cooler and quieter in hot or poorly ventilated rooms, while its larger, slow-melting full-dice cube is the "Classic American" cube preferred for bars and premium beverage service. This is a head-only unit that sits on a separate storage bin.

ITV SPIKA MS700W1F Commercial Ice Machine Head - 676 lb/Day Full Dice Cube, 22 inches Water-Cooled Modular Description

The MS700-22 platform is built for high output in a space-saving 22"-wide cabinet. At up to 676 lb (307 kg) per day, the MS700W1F packs serious capacity into a footprint narrower than the 30" SPIKA MS500 — useful where floor space is tight but ice demand is high. The cabinet is taller and deeper to fit the larger system into the narrow footprint.

This version is water-cooled: instead of blowing condenser heat into the room, it transfers heat to a water loop. That keeps the machine running cooler and quieter and protects output in hot kitchens or spaces with limited airflow, where an air-cooled machine would struggle. The trade-off is water use — the condenser consumes about 71.31 gal per 100 lb of ice, much more than the air-cooled version — so it's best where ambient heat or ventilation is the limiting factor and that water cost is acceptable. Water-cooled SPIKA units are often supplied as a special order.

Full-dice cubes measure about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm) — a substantial, traditional cube that melts slowly and dilutes drinks less, making it the go-to choice for spirits, cocktails, and upscale fountain and bar service. The machine forms about 240 of these cubes per cycle on a high-efficiency vertical plate evaporator, using ITV's patented smart water distributor for clean, consistent cubes.

The head pairs with a range of ITV storage bins and can be stacked two-high on the larger SCD-series bins. A smart electronic control board manages every parameter and shows self-diagnostics; panels come off with a single screwdriver for fast service, and the high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame is built for demanding kitchens. It runs on 115 V single-phase power.

Key Features

  • Water-cooled: runs cooler and quieter and holds output in hot or poorly ventilated rooms
  • Classic full-dice cube: ~1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm) — slow-melting, low-dilution "Classic American" cube
  • High output from a 22" footprint: up to 676 lb (307 kg) per day
  • Approx. 240 cubes per cycle
  • Lower power draw than the air-cooled model (1,070 W vs 1,350 W at 109°F)
  • Stackable two-high on larger SCD-series bins
  • 115 V / 60 Hz / single-phase power
  • Patented smart water distributor for clean, consistent cubes and better scale resistance
  • High-efficiency vertical plate evaporator
  • Smart electronic control board with self-diagnostics
  • Tool-light service: panels remove with a single screwdriver (EASI — Easy Access for Service & Installation)
  • High-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel frame (STIF — Strong Inox Frame)
  • Ice scoop included
  • NSF and ETL (Intertek) certified

Best For

  • Hot kitchens or rooms with limited ventilation where air-cooled output would suffer
  • Bars, lounges, and restaurants serving spirits and cocktails where slow-melting, low-dilution cubes matter
  • Sites where lower noise and heat output in the room are priorities and water cost is acceptable
  • Operations that may scale up later by stacking a second head on a larger bin

Shipping Policy

At Ice Maker Supply, we work to make shipping clear, reliable, and easy to track. Most orders are shipped through trusted warehouse, supplier, or carrier partners. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, warehouse location, delivery address, carrier schedule, freight requirements, and order volume.

Standard Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days for most eligible areas after the order has been processed and shipped.

Some larger ice machines may require freight delivery. Freight shipments may take longer depending on location, carrier availability, and delivery appointment scheduling.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed during regular business days, Monday through Friday.

Processing may take longer during:

  • Holidays
  • High order volume
  • Supplier delays
  • Payment review
  • Address verification
  • Product backorders
  • Freight scheduling

If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.

  • Order status

Some orders may ship in multiple packages, especially if your order includes:

If your address is outside our available shipping area, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Because many ice makers are large, heavy, or shipped through supplier warehouses, faster shipping options may not be available for every product.

Freight Delivery

Some commercial or larger ice machines may ship by freight carrier instead of standard parcel delivery.

Freight delivery may require:

  • A delivery appointment
  • A valid phone number
  • Someone available to receive the shipment
  • Inspection before signing
  • Extra time for scheduling

Please inspect freight shipments carefully before accepting delivery. If the item or packaging appears damaged, note the damage with the carrier and contact us as soon as possible.

If possible, take clear photos of the packaging and product before moving or installing the item.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Send us:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A short description of the issue

Damage claims are easier to process when reported quickly. Late damage reports may limit our ability to file a carrier or supplier claim.

Do not install or use a damaged product before contacting us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Ice Maker Supply is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Wrong ZIP code
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Delivery restrictions at the location

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the item can be reshipped.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the shipping address before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped or is in transit, we usually cannot change the delivery address.

For freight shipments, address changes may not be possible after carrier pickup.

Returned to Sender

A package may be returned to the sender due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused delivery
  • Carrier access issues
  • Unclaimed shipment

If your package is returned to the sender, contact us with your order number and correct shipping address.

We will review the situation and help arrange the next step. Reshipping fees may apply.

Pre-Order or Backordered Items

If a product is listed as pre-ordered or backordered, the product page may show the estimated shipping date.

Pre-order and backorder shipping dates are estimates and may change due to supplier production, warehouse availability, or carrier delays.

If the estimated shipping date changes, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Warranty Replacement Shipping

If a warranty replacement is approved, shipping may depend on the manufacturer, supplier, or warranty provider.

Replacement orders may require:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Troubleshooting steps
  • Return of the original item
  • Supplier or manufacturer approval

A replacement will be shipped only after the required review process is complete.

Lost or Stalled Shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us.

We may contact the carrier, warehouse, or supplier to check the shipment status.

If a package is confirmed lost, we will review available options based on the carrier investigation and supplier rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the ITV Ice Makers SPIKA MS700W1F a complete ice machine or a head-only unit?

It’s a head-only modular ice maker. The SPIKA MS700W1F forms the cubes but requires a separate compatible storage bin to hold finished ice. It can be stacked two-high on larger SCD-series bins.

How much ice does the ITV Ice Makers SPIKA MS700W1F produce per day?

The nominal output is up to 676 lb/day (307 kg/24h). The ASHRAE-rated production is approximately 527 lb/24h, depending on operating conditions.

What type and size of ice cubes does this modular head make?

It produces full-dice cubes about 1" × 0.9" × 1" (26 × 23 × 26 mm). These melt slowly and dilute drinks less, making them ideal for cocktails and spirits.

What are the key differences between water-cooled and air-cooled versions?

This version is water-cooled, transferring condenser heat to a water loop for cooler, quieter operation and steadier output in hot or poorly ventilated spaces. The trade-off is higher water use: about 71.31 gal per 100 lb of ice (78.6 L/h).

What power, water, and operating conditions should I plan for?

It runs on 115V / 60Hz single-phase (±10%) and uses about 1,070 W at 109°F (8.4 kWh per 100 lb). Operating ambient temperature range is 41–109°F (5–43°C), with recommended inlet water temperature 41–95°F (5–35°C). Wiring guidance: 14 AWG (2.5 mm²), 25A fuse.
