Designed with ice-and-beverage dispenser applications in mind, this 30-inch head puts individual crescent cubes above the serving point. It also works with approved storage bins when scooped ice is preferred. The Hoshizaki KM-330MAK modular crescent cube ice machine produces up to 431 lb per 24 hours at 70°F air/50°F water. At 90°F air/70°F water, its rated output is 350 lb per day. A storage bin or dispenser is not included with the machine head.
The individual crescent cubes measure approximately 1-1/8 × 1-1/2 × 1/2 in. Their curved profile is suited to everyday beverage service, from iced water and soft drinks to bar pours. A stainless steel double-sided evaporator, CycleSaver design and self-diagnostic programming support the production process. The factory-installed ultrasonic bin control can be adjusted on site to suit the approved storage or dispensing setup.
