The Hoshizaki KM-231BAK is a self-contained, air-cooled undercounter crescent cube ice maker that produces up to 223 lb of ice every 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water. At 90°F air and 70°F water, its rated production is approximately 163 lb per day. The built-in bin stores up to 80 lb of ice, making this model a strong fit for busy drink stations that need more output than a compact undercounter machine without moving to a separate modular head and bin.
Individual crescent cubes are formed on Hoshizaki's stainless steel evaporator. The CycleSaver® design promotes dependable production cycles, and the EverCheck™ alert system helps communicate operating status.
