The Hoshizaki KM-116BAJ undercounter crescent cube ice maker combines commercial ice production and storage in a compact 24-inch-class cabinet. The double-sided stainless steel evaporator design freezes ice on both sides, while Hoshizaki's CycleSaver approach is engineered to reduce the number of harvest cycles required to make a given quantity of ice.
