Its Bell/Gourmet ice is soft and easy to chew, making it a favorite for specialty beverages, blended drinks, and patient-care settings. Production is rated up to 60 lbs per 24 hours under standard conditions (70°F air / 50°F water) and 48 lbs per 24 hours under warmer conditions (90°F air / 70°F water), with an efficient 11.15 kWh per 100 lbs. The machine replaces the legacy WU-0070-AB.
