The ITV DELTA NG 150 is a self-contained, air-cooled undercounter ice machine that produces up to 143 lb (65 kg) of gourmet crystal-clear cube ice every 24 hours and stores 55 lb (25 kg) in its built-in bin. As the highest-output model in the DELTA gourmet line, it keeps high-volume bars, cocktail programs, restaurants, and hotels stocked with premium, showpiece ice — all from a cabinet that still installs neatly under the counter.
What sets the DELTA apart is the ice itself. ITV's patented A3S Anti-Scale Spray System sprays water upward over a vertical evaporator so each cube freezes slowly, layer by layer, expelling minerals and air to form a solid, perfectly clear ~40 g cube measuring 1.57" × 1.73" (40 × 44 mm). The result is dense, slow-melting gourmet ice that looks pristine in the glass and dilutes drinks far less than ordinary cubes — ideal for whiskey service, premium spirits, and signature cocktails.
